the same non-destructive high voltage inspection method
as used in the ampoule inspection process for over 25
years. The HDB-204V Pinhole Inspector is capable of detecting
seal defects under the cap
closure
that is not possible to be seen with any vision detection
systems. Cracks or pinholes within the surface of the
vial walls and base are detected by the change in current
volume produced from the high voltage spark directly to
the defective area. |
